[Ontology-editors] freeze for regulates links

I've got the new relationships in gene_ontology_write.obo and 
gene_ontology_ext.obo.

(Oh, nad the slowdown must have something to do with the graphy stuff -- 
with all three off, I'm finding beta54 about the same as before.)
