[Ontology-editors] GO_REF

[Midori Harris]

I've just noticed that a lot of other terms have similar comments 
mentioning GO_REF:0000022, so for now I've added the GO_Refs to the def 
dbxrefs but kept the comments. I've added Alex to the cc list to see if he 
minds removing the comments; if not, I'll take care of that next.
