[Ontology-editors] Questions about cc-self xp relations

Hi Chris - still working through the cc-self xps file. I'm still not 
sure what relation to use in between 'cytosolic X' and 'cytosol' (X is 
usually a protein complex). It's either bounded_by, part_of or 
located_in, but none of them seem quite right. Do you have any suggestions?

I have a similar problem for 'X lumen' terms. I think I'd be happier 
using bounded_by here, but still not sure.
