[Ontology-editors] haspart documentation

Hi all,

This is almost done now (phew!!); there are just two examples left to  
fill in:

is a . has part -> has part

A is a B, B has part C

I couldn't find any examples in spliceosome.obo :S


(pos/neg) regulates . part of -> regulates

Is there a nice example of this where we could definitely say it's  
*not* pos/neg regulation?


If anyone has suggestions for either of these, please let me know!

I want to check it again, but other than that, with those examples
