Yay! One comment on the existing has_part examples: for has_part . is_a ->
has_part, we'll need something more specific than 'spliceosomal complex'
on the left, because 'spliceosomal complex' is a grouping term for several
types (corresponding to assembly stages) of complexes involved in
splicing, not all of which contain U5.

I recommend 'precatalytic spliceosome'.

True, there's nothing suitable there yet; at the moment none of the
complexes have is_a parents that themselves have any parts designated by
has_part. There is, however, the strong possibility that some or all of
the new is_a children of 'U2-dependent spliceosomal complex' (GO:0005684)
will have 'U2-dependent' prepended to their names, to distinguish them
from analogous 'U12-dependent ...' terms and generic parents that we have
yet to add.

I can confirm with Karen C and Alan Bridge that we're actually going to do
this; if so, there will soon be an example for the docs:

activated spliceosome [new ID] has_part U5 snRNP has_part U5 snRNP

   and

U2-dependent activated spliceosome [tmpGO:0100006 from spliceosome.obo,
renamed] is_a activated spliceosome

   so

U2-dependent activated spliceosome has_part U5 snRNP

Hope that's useful!

cheers,
m
