I've redone some of the diagrams and made various minor text edits.

still to do:

- good examples for the has part transitivity rules

- a good example for pos/neg regulates . part of, preferably one where  
the pos/neg regulation of does not necessarily regulate in the same  
direction (i.e. if A pos. reg B part of C, A does NOT pos. reg C).

- I think we could do with a def for 'regulates', because otherwise  
people might wonder why you can't make any inferences about  
regulates . regulates.
