[Ontology-editors] Meeting minutes - Eugene meeting

Yes, to the extent that there are minutes, these are they, as far as I am 
aware.

Personally, I would have preferred to have minutes on a separate page from 
the agenda, because it is really hard to see the agenda now. There are 
also a variety of styles; some sections are more like transcripts of the 
discussion, while others summarize, and it is sometimes difficult to 
distinguish the original item from the discussion on it.
