[Ontology-editors] [Go] proposal to merge tRNA aminoacylation terms (fwd)

Yes, I understand that -- that's precisely what the plan has been for 
weeks. The question was, are we ready to do it? And if so, who does the 
editing? (I'm happy to but thought I'd see if you wanted to add it to the 
other MF-BP work.)
