[Ontology-editors] colon problem in def

Hi editors

I gather that David Osumi-Sutherland raised this for me at the obo  
edit meeting yesterday but I just wanted to make sure that the problem  
gets fixed in the obo file.

Our developers couldn't load gene_ontology.obo into our database using  
Chris's xslt transformation to chadoxml because of this offending  
string in the definitions of several terms: "tRNA: Structure,  
Biosynthesis and Function".

We gather this is because tRNA:  looks like a dbxref and the space  
after it results in a NULL accession in a dbxref (chado doesn't do  
NULL accessions).

I understand from David Osumi-Sutherland that the plan is to change  
obo edit so it doesn't spit titles into the file in the first place  
but if this isn't happening right away could this title be removed  
from the file for now. Also, I noticed that there is  a typo  
associated with this dbxref -  ISBN->ISBM in ISBM:155581073X  
associated with the def of GO:0002127.
