[Ontology-editors] meeting report draft

Hi all,

I've put an early draft of a GOC meeting progress report on the wiki:

I haven't send the link to the GO list because it's not quite finished.

I'll fill in the ontology term counts and SourceForge stats on the 27th. 
When there are slides, additional wiki pages, etc. linked to the meeting 
agenda, I'll also add the links to the progress report.

If there's anything else that needs to be added or fleshed out, either 
edit the wiki or email things to me.
