[Ontology-editors] linking GO terms to docs

Hi,

I think this idea is fine, but I have suggested a shorter wording for the 
comment below. Even if you don't use most of it, please make sure the 
comment starts with "note that" to be consistent with our comment-writing 
guidelines.

Note that the signaling terms in GO are currently being overhauled. More
