[Ontology-editors] Comprehensible examples

Hi,

Would someone be able to have a look at these terms in the attached  
sheet and see which looks the most comprehensible as an example of X  
part-of Y regulates Z? It's a csv file, so it should be importable  
into Excel or the spreadsheet app of your choice.
