What are you trying to illustrate?

Remember regulates is transitive_over part_of, but not vice versa

This means that the relationship between A and C, and C and E in your
spreadsheet is not sufficient in itself to infer a relationship
between A and E -- although there may be other relationships in the
ontology that do support the A to E relationship.

for example:

row 18:
A long-term strengthening of neuromuscular junction
B part of
C regulation of synaptic growth at neuromuscular junction
D regulates
E synaptic growth at neuromuscular junction

this is not sufficient in itself to infer a relationship between A and
E. A does regulate synaptic transmission however. It would be good to
show these in the context of the rest of the sub-graph
