Web conference!

Hi all,

After a discussion with Jennifer about the response to drug terms, I
would like to hold a web conference (maybe with Skype) so I can explain
to all of you in which way I would like to carry on the work. The plan
is quite straightforward and if we all agree then I can post a summary
of our meeting to sourceforge and then start to implement the changes.

What do you think about meeting on one day of the week from the 24th 
to the 27th of October? Perhaps Tuesday 24th October at
9.00am PDT / 10am MDT / 11am CDT / noon EDT / 5pm BST/?

One member of the group is in Stanford and one is in Italy so we will 
need to time the meeting carefully if everyone is to attend.
