[transport] substrate terms

Hi,

I am going to move these terms and their descendants to be under
'substrate-specific transmembrane transporter activity':

peptide transporter activity
peptidoglycan transporter activity
urea transporter activity
water transporter activity
protein transporter activity

Please would you write and let me know if you can see any reason not to
do this?

The clear reason not to move these terms would be if there is a gene
product that has the function of transporting one of these substrates in
a way that is not just a simple transfer of the substrate from one side
of a membrane to the other. For example if there is a protein that
transports one of these substrates across a compartment without crossing
a membrane, then the term covering that substrate should not be moved.

I will do this one week from today if there are no objections.

Thanks,

Jen
