[transport] substrate terms

Hi,

The transport group has decided to move these terms:

nucleobase, nucleoside, nucleotide and nucleic acid transporter activity
organic acid transporter activity
carbohydrate transporter activity
alcohol transporter activity

to be under 'substrate-specific transmembrane transporter activity'. We 
are going to make this move one week from now if nobody objects. Please 
write and let me know if you can see any reason not to do this.
